The Police Federation of the Isle of Man are asking for officers views by way of an Officer Satisfaction Survey. This survey includes specific questions around pay, conditions and officer moral.
Officers feedback is really important as it will be used as evidence in our negotiations with the Department of Home Affairs at the forthcoming Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) in February.
There are 11 specific questions raised by members to their representatives however if there is something that an Officer would like to mention specially then there is a section to cover any other additional comments.
The findings of this survey have never been more relevant, particularly following the government's pay ‘award’ announced last year.
PFIOM Chair, Rich Hewitt, said: "Our Pay and Morale survey provides crucial evidence from our members on issues around pay conditions and morale within the service.
"I cannot stress enough the importance of this survey; the findings help us stand up and fight for what our members deserve and ensure their voices are heard."
The Survey can be found on the Police Federation website in the members area / membership forms / Officers Survey 2023 or the Police Federation Facebook page (4) Police Federation of The Isle of Man | Facebook
